South Jersey Healthcare's Cardiac Rehabilitation program is designed to maximize cardiovascular health and well being. It is designed for patients recovering from a heart attack, open-heart surgery (bypass/valvular repair/replacement), angioplasty and/or stent, heart transplantation, cardiomyopathy (a weak heart muscle), and/or suffer from angina (chest pain) or other serious cardiac events.
Our program offers a medically based, monitored exercise, and behavior modifications program focusing on returning the patient to an optimal level of WELLNESS. Our multidisciplinary team consist of the following:
